Questions we get

Can you move the toilet or shower?

Yes, with our plumber. We'll tell you at the site visit what the floor and drain lines allow.

Do you do large-format tile?

Yes. It takes more care and time than standard tile, and we price it that way.

Do I need permits?

Depends on scope. Moving plumbing or structural changes may need one. We'll tell you at the estimate.

About our bathroom renovations

A bathroom is mostly what you can't see: the waterproofing, the plumbing, the substrate under the tile. We do those right so the finishes last. Then we bring in the tile, vanity, fixtures and lighting you actually want, including large-format tile and custom layouts.
