  • Glass and metal systems are supplied to spec; we'll price the options at the site visit.

Questions we get

Can you replace just the railing?

Yes. Railings and spindles are one of the fastest ways to update a house, and we do them on their own.

Do you cap over carpeted stairs?

Yes. Capping over an existing stair is often the best value if the structure is sound.

Do you do exterior stairs?

Yes. Porch steps, deck stairs and railings, in cedar or composite.

Stairs are the part of a house everyone touches and nobody thinks about until they're ugly or unsafe. We build new ones, rebuild worn ones, and replace railings with oak, painted, metal-spindle or glass systems. Esan does this work himself, and it shows in the joints.

    Deposit locks your start date. Esan is on site every day, the house is left clean, and you sign off at the final walkthrough.
