About our flooring

Good flooring is 80% prep. We level and fix the subfloor, sort transitions and thresholds, and only then lay the floor. Hardwood, engineered, laminate, vinyl plank and tile, with the trim and baseboards to finish it.

    A site visit, usually a weekday evening. He measures, walks you through options, and you get a written quote. The number on it is the price.

    Deposit locks your start date. Esan is on site every day, the house is left clean, and you sign off at the final walkthrough.
